Job Title: Indonesia Project Coordinator

Role Responsibilities
• Provide in-country operational & coordination support to GeoT projects in Indonesia
• Engage directly with current clients at operational level
• Support business development activity
• Recruit, manage and support local teams of field data collectors
• Provide advice and support to GeoT CEO and senior staff on relevant Indonesian laws and regulations
• Regular reporting to GeoT CEO, Head of Palm Oil and Asia Regional Manager
• Present GeoT projects at relevant local events
• Recruit and manage technical IT contractors as needed

Candidate Requirements
• Good knowledge of the palm oil industry and supply chain
• Fluent level in English and native Bahasa Indonesia
• College/University degree
• IT literate, good knowledge of common software programmes and communication tools
• Knowledge and experience of supply chain traceability software would be an advantage

Working Arrangements
• The candidate would work as an independent consultant or contractor and must be able to demonstrate she/he has fulfilled the legal requirements to do so
• The contract would initially be 3 days per week for a period of 6 months, with an extension likely depending on current and future Indonesian projects
• Most of the projects are in Sumatra
• Rates offered are highly competitive and negotiable depending on experience
